Hello to all those faithfully reading and hopefully enjoying this effort to make even the worst horror movie more watcha... aw, screw that - I'm not that good. If a movie makes you cringe because yet another batch of unlikable teens that are pushing 30 are inching toward their deaths, having a party no one does anywhere ever, a paranormal movie is boring you to tears with unending pans of empty rooms, or thanks to CGI technology when people finally bite it, their blood squirts everywhere except on the victim, the ground, the people next to them... you're in good company and this is the right place for you.

I LOVE A REALLY, REALLY GOOD ZOMBIE MOVIE - UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM...

Zombie Town aka Night Of The Creeps 2: Zombie Town (2007) Straight To Video

What makes a good zombie movie? If you know, tell the guys who made this sorry excuse of a movie because they clearly had no idea. Is this a zombie movie? An infestation movie? A comedy? Because this was neither scary nor funny. It was just.... just.... woof.

A leech-like creature (that screeches, just to make things more annoying) appears because of ??? and infects a small town. Somehow that is never explained (probably just as well) if a person gets bitten, they become infected with these leeches (which look like garden slugs, probably saving a lot of money in special effects).

When the 'host' dies for real (for real?) the leeches leave, looking for more victims, screeching like banshees. A dull-witted mechanic and his ex-girlfriend (who happens to study Biology, how convenient) try to figure how to stop the spread of (infection? infestation? boredom?).

Oh, if they had only figured it out in the first 15 minutes of the movie I would have been much happier (and the fast forward button on my remote would get a break). It's salt. See, I told you they were garden slugs (probably on bath salts - oh no wait, that wouldn't work).

Yeppers, the population is reduced to gelatinous messes (apparently the salt melts the human along with the slugs) and our heroes ride off into the sunset, hopefully to never star in another movie again.
